Paws & Path Travel™

Last Updated: October 24, 2026

At Paws & Path Travel™, we want every customer to have a positive experience when purchasing our digital travel planning resources.

Please review our Refund Policy before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Products

All products sold through Paws & Path Travel™ are digital downloads, including pet travel checklists and fillable PDF forms.

No physical products are shipped.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because digital products can be downloaded, saved and reused, we generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds after a product has been downloaded, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers retain all cancellation, refund and other rights provided by applicable law.

3. Download or Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing, downloading or opening your purchased PDF, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including providing a replacement file or a new download link when appropriate.

If a problem cannot be resolved, a refund may be provided.

4. Incorrect or Duplicate Purchases

If you receive the wrong product or are charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us so we can review and correct the issue.

If you purchased a product by mistake and have not downloaded it, please contact us promptly to discuss the available options.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request assistance or a refund, please email:

info@pawsandpathtravel.com

Include the product name, order reference number and a brief description of the issue.

Please do not send payment card details or completed pet information forms.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method, where possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution, subject to applicable law.
